Now, we are rebuilding abortion access. We need you to take Abortion Action with us in the fight for reproductive freedom.

HOW TO TALK ABOUT ABORTION WITHOUT PERPETUATING SHAME AND/OR STIGMA
The word “abortion” has long since carried negative assumptions. By openly and honestly using the term, we can normalize discussions about abortion, challenge misconceptions, and reduce the shame associated with it.
HOW TO TAKE ACTION FOR ABORTION ACCESS SO WE CAN BUILD THE FUTURE WE DESERVE
The majority of Missourians have had enough of politicians interfering in our personal decisions. Now is the time to join the fight to defend and expand reproductive freedom for all. We are choosing determination over despair, but we can’t do this alone.
ABOUT OUR HISTORY - ABORTION ACTION MISSOURI HAS BEEN AROUND SINCE 1969
We are the leading grassroots pro-abortion advocacy organization in Missouri with a more than 50 year history of fighting for abortion access. We work to protect every person’s right to access the full range of reproductive health options, including but not limited to preventive care, family planning, sexuality education, prenatal and postnatal health care, and accessible, legal abortion.

For more than 35 years, Abortion Action Missouri has facilitated the sole Clinic Escort program in the St. Louis metro region to support direct patient access to essential abortion care.
SUPPORT LEGISLATIVE EFFORTS TO DEFEND AND EXPAND ABORTION ACCESS
The legal protections to abortion care provided by Roe v. Wade were never enough. Missourians understand all too well the consequences of politicians compromising on our bodily autonomy. View the current legislation and abortion champions in office and learn how to speak to your representatives to advocate for abortion access.
